Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on every order, including to Sweden. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: it already includes Swedish VAT (moms), and we take care of import handling so there are no extra charges for you on delivery.
Delivery time
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery: typically 7–15 business days after processing, so about 10–18 business days in total from the day you order
Your item ships directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so delivery times can vary a little with carrier and season. Public holidays and busy periods can add a few days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number. Tracking updates can take a couple of days to appear after dispatch and may pause while the parcel is in transit between countries. That is normal.
Where we ship
We ship to Sweden. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout, because we can't change them once the parcel has shipped.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days, or arrives damaged, send us a message through our contact form with your order number. We'll track it down and either resend it or refund you in full.
