Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Fennlight. If it isn't right for your space, you can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of the day it arrives. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to online purchases in Sweden and the EU, and your statutory rights are not affected.
How to return or withdraw
- Send us a message through our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short note on why (photos or a short video help if something is wrong).
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days and tell you exactly what happens next. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us, because parcels sent to the wrong address can't be refunded.
If you change your mind
We refund the price of the item. Because your order ships from overseas, sending it back often costs more than the item is worth, so in many cases we'll refund you without asking you to return it. If we do ask for the item back, we'll give you the return address, and the cost of sending it is yours. Keep your tracking number until we confirm the refund.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video that shows the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover any return shipping if we ask for the item back. You choose replacement or refund.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of agreeing to the refund. If we've asked you to return the item, the 14 days start when we receive it (or when you show us proof that you sent it). Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few more days to show up on your statement.
Cancelling an order
Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner for dispatch shortly after you place them, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If the order hasn't been dispatched we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can refuse the delivery when it arrives, or withdraw under the terms above.
